To complete the Legend Experience offer, we provide our expertise in preparing drivers for track racing, creating corporate events, and helping management strengthen team spirit, with a specific Team Building activity, carried out on the track.
This type of event strengthens communication and establishes an atmosphere of trust and cooperation between the members of a work team, especially between production and sales employees.
Planning
In addition to the on-track team, the planning is followed by event marketing specialists with many years of experience, who will follow the corporate event from start to finish. That is, from the research phase to the planning and customisation phase.
Each of our events offers activities ranging from a purely playful activity to a real moment dedicated to the development of specific team skills.
In any case, the priority will be to create a sense of belonging in each person attending the event.
Aiming at greater collaboration between employees and co-workers, it is undoubtedly a rewarding activity for personal and team growth.
We plan days that are based on team building inside and outside the classroom, through the realisation of specific activities, with which each individual participant will be able to get involved, through exercises and methods that are not normally realised in everyday life.
During our corporate events, there are briefings and de-briefings in which the proposed driving activities are analysed and how to carry out the planned exercises correctly and safely, as well as the emotional feedback experienced on the track.
This activity will help participants to relate the experience to their own corporate experience, fostering insights for growth and improving internal relations.

In support of our events, we can offer the possibility to include company-specific moments, such as a product presentation a specific communication, coffee breaks, a launch time and customised materials, such as racing and safety clothing, to be left for individual riders as a gift.

The main objective is to create company events with a planning that foresees pre/during/post-event moments, so that specific contact and relationship moments can be included to support the experience, in order to guarantee maximum success and involvement, with regard to the company’s objectives. In this regard, we have partnerships that we, as Giokart Academy, have developed to offer unique activities.
These collaborations also include realities from the world of motorsport. Activities that are aimed at achieving better energy management during demanding tasks on the part of the participant, which is very useful to distinguish oneself, not only in sport, but also in one’s work.
SALES TEAM OR CUSTOMERS
Days dedicated to corporate groups, with activities and exercises on the circuit driving karts and racing cars, are planned on an ad hoc basis, with the track normally being exclusive. This means that he circuit, karts, cars, staff, services, security personnel and any specific activities will be reserved exclusively for the guests and staff of the companies present.
The type and activity planning of our corporate events will be defined at the event design stage, which takes place under the supervision of Brandevo Marketing, which will be the reference with regard to our marketing.
All organisation will be planned according to the needs and aims of the client company and will be coordinated on the track by our Giokart Academy instructors, taking into consideration the timing, time of year, number of participants and available vehicles.

Depending on what the company’s needs may be, the Giokart Academy team together with the Brandevo Marketing team are able to propose different incentive and/or team building formulas, with activities to be carried out on the track, with a real Track Day to be planned over one or more days, depending on the specific needs of the company and marketing, ensuring that the event is not only a success in terms of entertainment, but also in terms of motivation and personal development.

We are also available at the planning stage to include extra services such as: overnight stays in selected accommodation facilities, shuttle service, complementary activities outside the circuit, catering service, photo and video shoots (with or without drone), supply of customised promotional material and specific clothing for drivers.
Also on request, we can offer assistance and reception/secretarial services with dedicated staff. In addition, we can provide hostesses and stewards to support companies in their business.
