1. Organizer<\/strong><\/p>

The International Summer Karting Lab 2026 is organized by Giokart\u00ae and Brandevo Srl \u2013 Sport Management Division, in collaboration with Italcorse Kart Manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Organizer\u201d).<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>

Participation is open to drivers:<\/p>

\u2022Aged 8 to 16 years<\/p>

\u2022With previous karting experience<\/p>

Drivers who have never driven a kart are not eligible to participate.<\/p>

Participants will be divided into the following categories:<\/p>

\u2022Cadet Category (8\u201312 years)<\/p>

\u2022KA100 Category (13\u201316 years)<\/p>

\u2022OK125 Category (13\u201316 years)<\/p>

\u2022KZ125 Category (14\u201318 years)<\/p>

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation if eligibility requirements are not met.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

3. Registration & Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>

Participation is subject to:<\/p>

\u2022Submission of the official application form<\/p>

\u2022Confirmation of availability by the Organizer<\/p>

\u2022Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions<\/p>

\u2022Payment of the required deposit<\/p>

Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

4. Program Fee & Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>

Total Program Fee:<\/p>

\u20ac 6,450 + VAT<\/p>

Payment Schedule<\/p>

\u202250% deposit of the total fee is required at the time of registration<\/p>

\u2022The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the program<\/p>

Failure to complete payment within the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of participation, with forfeiture of the deposit.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

5. Included \/ Not Included<\/strong><\/p>

The program fee includes<\/p>

\u2022Participation in the 5-day International Summer Karting Lab<\/p>

\u2022On-track training sessions divided by category<\/p>

\u2022Coaching and performance evaluation<\/p>

\u2022Technical support and academy staff<\/p>

\u2022Use of Italcorse equipment as specified<\/p>

\u2022Organizational, management and coordination services<\/p>

The program fee does not include<\/p>

\u2022Transfers (airport, accommodation, circuit)<\/p>

\u2022Accommodation<\/p>

\u2022Meals<\/p>

\u2022Travel expenses<\/p>

\u2022Personal expenses<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

6. Accommodation & Logistics<\/strong><\/p>

The Organizer has agreements with selected hotels located near the circuit, offering special conditions for participants and families.<\/p>

Accommodation booking remains the responsibility of the participant\u2019s family. Families are free to arrange independent accommodation if preferred.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/p>

\u2022If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the program, no further payment will be required beyond the deposit.<\/p>

\u2022If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the program start date, the full program fee remains due.<\/p>

\u2022No refunds will be issued for:<\/p>

\u2022Late arrival<\/p>

\u2022Early departure<\/p>

\u2022Absence due to illness, injury, or personal reasons<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

8. Program Changes & Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>

The Organizer reserves the right to:<\/p>

\u2022Modify the program schedule<\/p>

\u2022Change instructors, locations, or logistics if required<\/p>

In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, governmental restrictions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances), the Organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes beyond its control.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

9. Safety & Conduct<\/strong><\/p>

All participants must:<\/p>

\u2022Follow the instructions of instructors and staff at all times<\/p>

\u2022Respect safety rules, paddock regulations, officials, staff and other participants<\/p>

\u2022Maintain professional and respectful behavior on and off track<\/p>

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

10. Liability<\/strong><\/p>

Motorsport activities involve inherent risks.<\/p>

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, parents or legal guardians:<\/p>

\u2022Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with karting activities<\/p>

\u2022Release the Organizer, its staff, instructors, partners and collaborators from liability for accidents, injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

11. Insurance<\/strong><\/p>

Participants must hold valid personal accident and health insurance covering motorsport activities. Proof of coverage may be requested prior to participation.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

12. Image & Media Rights<\/strong><\/p>

By participating, parents or legal guardians grant the Organizer the right to use:<\/p>

\u2022Photographs<\/p>

\u2022Video footage<\/p>

\u2022Audio recordings<\/p>

for promotional, educational and communication purposes, without compensation and without time or territorial limitation.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.<\/p>

Any dispute arising from participation in the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.<\/p>

By completing registration and making payment, participants and their legal guardians confirm that they:<\/p>

\u2022Applicable Italian privacy laws<\/p>

\u2022Relevant international data protection standards for non-EU participants<\/p>

\u2022Drivers participating in the International Summer Karting Lab<\/p>

\u2022Parents or legal guardians of minor participants<\/p>

\u2022Images, videos and audio recordings taken during the program<\/p>

\u2022Logistical information related to participation<\/p>

\u2022Management and organization of the International Summer Karting Lab<\/p>

\u2022Registration, participation and communication<\/p>

Usage is granted free of charge, without time or territorial limitations.<\/p>

Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing, without affecting prior lawful use.<\/p>

11. Rights of the Data Subject<\/strong><\/p>

Parents or legal guardians have the right to:<\/p>

1. Parties<\/strong><\/p>

This Liability Waiver and Release of Responsibility (hereinafter \u201cWaiver\u201d) is executed by the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the minor participant (hereinafter \u201cthe Participant\u201d) in favor of:<\/p>

Giokart\u00ae and Brandevo Srl \u2013 Sport Management Division<\/p>

(hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Organizer\u201d)<\/p>

in relation to participation in the International Summer Karting Lab 2026.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

2. Acknowledgment of Risk<\/strong><\/p>

The undersigned acknowledge that karting and motorsport activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:<\/p>

\u2022Personal injury<\/p>

\u2022Serious bodily harm<\/p>

\u2022Permanent disability<\/p>

\u2022Property damage<\/p>

\u2022Death<\/p>

These risks may arise from, but are not limited to:<\/p>

\u2022Driving activities<\/p>

\u2022Mechanical failures<\/p>

\u2022Track conditions<\/p>

\u2022Weather conditions<\/p>

\u2022Actions or omissions of other participants<\/p>

The undersigned fully understand and accept these risks on behalf of the Participant.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

3. Assumption of Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>

The undersigned confirm that:<\/p>

\u2022The Participant is in good physical and mental health<\/p>

\u2022The Participant is fit to participate in motorsport activities<\/p>

\u2022The Participant has previous karting experience, as required by the program<\/p>

\u2022All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate<\/p>

The undersigned assume full responsibility for the Participant\u2019s participation in the program.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

4. Release of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the undersigned hereby release, waive and discharge the Organizer, its directors, employees, instructors, partners, collaborators, sponsors, circuit operators and staff from any and all liability for:<\/p>

\u2022Injury or death<\/p>

\u2022Damage or loss of property<\/p>

\u2022Any other loss or damage<\/p>

arising from or related to participation in the International Summer Karting Lab 2026, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

5. Indemnification<\/strong><\/p>

The undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, actions or damages brought by third parties arising out of the Participant\u2019s conduct during the program.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

6. Compliance with Rules & Instructions<\/strong><\/p>

The undersigned acknowledge that:<\/p>

\u2022The Participant must strictly follow all safety rules<\/p>

\u2022Instructions given by instructors, staff and officials are mandatory<\/p>

\u2022Failure to comply may result in immediate exclusion from the program<\/p>

Such exclusion shall occur without refund.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

7. Equipment & Property Damage<\/strong><\/p>

The undersigned accept responsibility for any damage caused by the Participant to:<\/p>

\u2022Karts<\/p>

\u2022Equipment<\/p>

\u2022Facilities<\/p>

\u2022Third-party property<\/p>

Any damage caused by negligent or inappropriate behavior may be charged to the Participant\u2019s family.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

8. Medical Treatment Authorization<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of illness or injury, the undersigned authorize the Organizer to:<\/p>

\u2022Provide or arrange emergency medical treatment<\/p>

\u2022Contact medical professionals or emergency services if necessary<\/p>

All medical expenses remain the responsibility of the Participant\u2019s family.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

9. Insurance<\/strong><\/p>

The undersigned confirm that the Participant is covered by valid personal accident and health insurance, including motorsport activities, for the entire duration of the program.<\/p>

\u2e3b<\/p>

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>

This Waiver shall be governed by Italian law.<\/p>

Any dispute arising from this Waiver shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.<\/p>
