The KART START LEGEND CARS lesson will take place (subject to optimum weather conditions) at the circuit indicated in the communication. The lesson includes classroom training, with three driving sessions on the track lasting approximately 15', always supervised by Academy instructors.

HOW TO PAY

You can pay by bank transfer to: Unicredit Latina, indicating the reason for payment: Driver's Start Legend Cars lesson registration [nome + cognome] on the day [data] location [circuito], with an amount of EUR 650.00 (six hundred and fifty/00), or by credit card, using the button indicated in the confirmation email, which you will receive shortly.

Privacy Acceptance (mandatory)
I hereby declare that I consent, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Decree’), to the processing of the personal data indicated above for purposes relating to the execution of this contract. It also declares that it has been informed that the processing of personal data will be carried out at GIOKART A.S.D. using paper and IT tools in compliance with the Decree (Articles 31-35 and Appendix B) and with the observance of all precautionary measures guaranteeing its confidentiality and security. It acknowledges that the personal data referred to above may be disclosed to (i) company employees and/or collaborators specifically appointed as data processors and/or persons in charge of the processing pursuant to Articles 29 and 30 of the Decree and (ii) any persons to whom the data controller may entrust outsourcing activities specifically appointed as data processors and/or persons in charge of the processing pursuant to Articles 29 and 30 of the Decree. Lastly, it is understood that (i) the personal data indicated above will not be disseminated, unless required by a law or regulation or EU legislation, and that (ii) the undersigned may exercise his or her rights at any time in relation to GIOKART A.S.D. which is responsible for data processing pursuant to Art. 7 of the Decree.

Liability ( mandatory)
As a result of this participation in the event, the parent or legal guardian declares that he/she exempts GIOKART A.S.D. and the management of the circuit hosting the event, the staff and anyone else who in any way collaborates in the organisation and promotion of the event, from any and all responsibility and/or damage that may arise from his/her participation in the event, whether towards other drivers, employees, vehicles or property.

For consent (mandatory)
The parent or legal guardian declares that he/she has read the information notice pursuant to Art. 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003 and gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data and to its dissemination through publication on the website www.giokart.it or other means of mass communication, together with the classification data, photographs and other data concerning the sporting event. The provision of this data is obligatory and any refusal to provide it may make it impossible to execute the contract to which he/she is a party.
