By filling in this online form, the undersigned or the person exercising parental authority over the minor (with data below) requests registration for the RR ADVANCED DAY 2 COURSE on Saturday 13th May, which will be held (subject to optimum weather conditions) at the Circuito Internazionale Il Sagittario at Latina. in via Pontina km 81.300, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (subject to changes communicated by the Circuit). The course includes a driving theory lesson, with 4 rounds of 15' on the track.

Privacy Acceptance (mandatory)

The undersigned (adult) or parent (for pilots under 18) declares that he/she gives his/her consent, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Decree’), to the processing of the personal data indicated above for purposes relating to the execution of this contract. It also declares that it has been informed that the processing of personal data will be carried out at GIOKART A.S.D. using paper and IT tools in compliance with the Decree (Articles 31-35 and Appendix B) and with the observance of all precautionary measures guaranteeing its confidentiality and security. It acknowledges that the personal data referred to above may be disclosed to (i) company employees and/or collaborators specifically appointed as data processors and/or persons in charge of the processing pursuant to Articles 29 and 30 of the Decree and (ii) any persons to whom the data controller may entrust outsourcing activities specifically appointed as data processors and/or persons in charge of the processing pursuant to Articles 29 and 30 of the Decree. Lastly, it is understood that (i) the personal data indicated above will not be disseminated, unless required by a law or regulation or EU legislation, and that (ii) the undersigned may exercise his or her rights at any time in relation to GIOKART A.S.D. which is responsible for data processing pursuant to Art. 7 of the Decree.

Liability ( mandatory)

As a result of this participation in the event, the undersigned (adult) or the parent (for underage pilots) declares that he/she exempts GIOKART A.S.D. and the management of the circuit hosting the event, the staff and all others who in any way collaborate in the organisation and promotion of the event, from any and all responsibility and/or damage that may arise from his/her participation in the event, as well as his/her drivers, employees or property.

The undersigned (adult) or parent (for pilots who are minors) or exercising parental authority declares that he/she has read the information notice pursuant to Art. 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003 and gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data and to its dissemination through publication on the website www.giokart.it or other means of mass communication, together with the data of the rankings, photographs and other data concerning the sporting event. The provision of this data is obligatory and any refusal to provide it may make it impossible to execute the contract to which he/she is a party.
